Kabinett beschließt neue Mietrechtsregeln
Den Gesetzentwurf von Bundesjustizministerin Stefanie Hubig (SPD) zur Neuregelung von möbliertem Wohnen und Indexmieten hat diesen Mittwoch das Bundeskabinett beschlossen. Leichte Änderungen am ursprünglichen Entwurf wurden vorgenommen.
Immobilienpreise ziehen wieder an und nähern sich Rekordniveau
Die Immobilienpreise in Deutschland nähern sich nach Daten von finanzierenden Banken wieder Rekordniveaus aus Boomzeiten. Im Schlussquartal 2025 verteuerten sich Wohnungen und Häuser um 4,2 Prozent zum Vorjahresquartal, wie aus dem Index des Verbands deutscher Pfandbriefbanken (VDP) hervorgeht. Er beruht auf realen Abschlüssen von mehr als 700 Banken.
